GliderTools extends a 30 days money back guarantee for any products purchased on the GliderTools e-shop.
1) "30 days" means 30 calendar days calculated from the date we shipped your product(s) as long as proof of delivery is available and provided to GliderTools upon request, or from Invoice date, if proof of delivery is not available or not provided to GliderTools upon request.
2) To engage the refund process, send an email to email@example.com with the subject "RMA30DAYS". Include in your email for each products you are seeking reimbursement:
- GliderTools Order Number
- invoice number
- invoice date
- product name
- serial number (if exists)
- quantity involved
Once your email notification is received, GliderTools will email you a "RMA number wich to be attached to product, that has to be returned. This document is the "GliderTools passport" for return. The RMA number is to be clearly printed/writted on the outside of the box containing the product(s) you are shipping back to GliderTools. Freight charges and associated costs to return the product(s) are not GliderTools responsibility.
3) Goods to be returned must not be damaged.
4) Product must be returned in its original package with all components delivered (complete set of documentation, spare parts, manual, cable,...) Failing to do so will create a status of ineligibility where no refunds will be granted.
